About Leanne & Tilly Eats Cake

Hi, my name is Leanne I own and run Tilly Eats Cake,

I have been making cakes for the last 8 years perfecting my recipes and knowledge to provide the best possible flavours and bespoke modern designs.

There is nothing that makes me happier than knowing my cakes have made a couple and their guests happy on their wedding day or watching a child beam with delight. Being a part of the creative team involved in a wedding or event really motivates me and I take great pride in working for some fabulous venues in my area. I run my bespoke wedding and celebration cake business from my Cake Kitchen in the village of Nocton in Lincolnshire. All of my lovingly baked creations are made here.

I am a self-taught baker and cake decorator however I have completed relevant cake decorating courses with one of which with my favourite teacher, Carlos Lischetti. I specialise in making iced cakes, and I particularly love hand painting techniques using edible paint, profiterole towers, bespoke birthday cakes and more.

When I’m not busy making and delivering cakes I love to share my knowledge by teaching small classes in my cake kitchen.

I am privileged to be able to work alongside some of the most stunning venues in the Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.

My kitchen is fully registered food premises that have a 5-star food hygiene rating.

I will provide a friendly, experienced and creative approach towards making the perfect bespoke, luxury wedding cake or celebration cake for you.
